We had an excellent time in Delaware this summer!
It was Sam's first time at the beach and he enjoyed playing in and eating the sand. Simon enjoyed digging in the sand with his new shovel. We also enjoyed a nature cruise where we saw some local wildlife. And a car ferry from NJ to Delware and back again helped break up the trip.

Simon Swims
This past weekend, we visited Grandma and Grandpa. Simon took the opportunity to showcase his swimming. After weeks (and weeks) of hanging onto a swimming instructor, Simon let go and swam by himself. And could not be persuaded to get out of the pool :)

Sam at 7 Months!
Sam has certainly been a lot of fun this past month!
Aside from getting another tooth (on the top this time), Sam learned:
How to crawl (here he is crawling yesterday)!
And how to shake his head "no" - I think he enjoys being dizzy

Sam also loves to laugh (especially at his older brother) and loves blowing raspberries (especially on mommy's face). He is one silly little guy and so much fun!

Simon - School's out for Summer
Simon made it through his first year of preschool!
It's hard to believe this was Simon just 8 months ago when he started in September. I know those clothes don't fit him anymore :)
And here is Simon today. Looking totally grownup and definitely a few inches taller.
He had a great last day of school. The kids had a party with all of Simon's favorites, pizza, watermelon and Hershey's Kisses.
We are now looking forward to the start of summer camp just 2 weeks away :)

Sam at 6 Months
Happy Half Birthday to our little guy, Sam!
Time is flying! It's hard to believe but our little guy, Sam turned 6 months old yesterday! Mark, Simon and I are having a wonderful time getting to know him.
We have decided he is a very determined baby as he will "crawl" to get anything interesting that he can see (within arms reach or across the room). Sam's crawling consists of moving his arms, scooching his legs, reaching, and falling on his stomach. Not quite crawling but surprisingly effective.
Sam has also learned to go from "crawling" to sitting and is constantly surprising us with new tricks.
Sam's other favorites also include eating (he seems to enjoy food as much as his brother did).
We are looking forward to the next 6 months!
6 Month Check Up Stats:
Weight: 18 pounds 12 ounces (66th percentile)
Length: 27.75inches (90th percentile)

Easter in PA
We had a wonderful trip to Pennsylvania for Easter! Not only did we get to see the Easter Bunny but Simon got a chance to see the Life Lion helicopter up close (making his and daddy's day).
